An international
engineering consultancy.

We build AI, data, and DevOps systems for organizations that need them to actually work. Four offices. Senior engineers. Production-ready by default.

Why we exist

The gap between a working AI demo and a working AI system is enormous. The gap between a data warehouse that loads and a data platform that drives decisions is enormous. The gap between a slide deck and a production deployment is enormous.

Most consultancies live on the easier side of those gaps. We live in the middle of them, with clients who need the harder version: the thing that survives real users, real traffic, real audit reviews, and real on-call rotations.

How we work

Engagements start with a 1–2 week discovery sprint. We audit what exists, scope the work, and produce a delivery plan with explicit milestones. Then a focused build phase with weekly check-ins and demo-able progress. We exit when the system is in production with handover documentation and runbooks the client's team can operate.

We don't run open-ended retainers without deliverables. We don't take engagements we can't ship in the proposed timeline. Both of those guarantees come from saying no to projects more often than we say yes.

What we ship

The work spans six service lines — AI & LLM integration, data engineering, ML & MLOps, DevOps & CI/CD, business automation, and cloud infrastructure — and five flagship industry verticals: Hospital Management Systems, School ERPs, Banking Automation, Government Digitization, and Logistics & Shipping.

What unifies them: data systems with thoughtful operational UI on top. Whether it's a Hospital Management System for a Kathmandu clinic or a fraud-detection pipeline for an NRB-regulated bank, the underlying pattern is the same. Boring stack. Sharp engineering. Documented handover.

Six principles, applied every engagement.

Not slogans. The actual operating rules we hold ourselves to on every project.

Senior by default

Every engineer on a project has 8+ years of shipping production systems. No bootcamp grads on the critical path; no first jobs subsidized by your retainer. The cost is higher per hour and lower per outcome.

Built to ship

We refuse engagements we can't ship. Every project ends with the system in production, runbooks written, and a clear handover. "PoC that may go somewhere later" is not a deliverable.

Boring tools when they earn it

We pick the load-bearing tool, not the trendy one. Postgres before Cassandra. ClickHouse before custom OLAP. dbt before a homegrown SQL framework. The boring choice is usually the right one.

Plumbing-first AI

Most AI failures are data-engineering failures. We treat AI features as data systems with a model attached — evals, observability, cost tracking, and the unglamorous infrastructure that keeps it working at 3am.

No vendor agendas

We're not an AWS partner. We're not a Snowflake reseller. We pick what fits your workload and budget. When you outgrow our choice, the migration path is part of how we designed it.

Documented or it didn't happen

Every system we ship comes with architecture diagrams, runbooks, and onboarding docs your next engineer can read. If our engagement ends and your team can't operate the system, we failed.

Four offices, one team.

Engineering across four continents. Coverage across most working hours. Whatever timezone you ship in, somebody on our team is awake.
